After reducing caliber down to 139mm she could use BFT, and AFT, and in my opinion that whould be nice optional buff, when you can use your disspersion to fire at 15km, so you won't be that easy target for BB's and you can survive. Next: Only 4 guns, but with super dispersion, I can take that, but her range is terrible, even Katori on T3 has better, and that's the main thing. Also a slow gun traverse speed makes it hard to maneuver and shoot. Why? This is fast light CA, it is almost lik big DD, but it has massive citadel, and it can be easly citadeled even shooting HE at his front. I would like to reduce his main guns caliber down to 139mm.
I played a bit with this ship, and in my opinion it should get a little change.
